By downloading, installing, accessing or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Application.

## 2. Description of the Application
Boy or Girl ? is a mobile application providing fertility and gender prediction calculations based on information provided by the user.

* time of birth;
* place of birth;
* geographical coordinates;
* other information entered by the user for calculation purposes.
The Application may provide predictions concerning fertile and infertile periods and predictions concerning the possible sex of a future child.
The Application is intended as an informational product. Its predictions are based on the calculation methods implemented in the Application and are not guarantees of future events or outcomes.
## 3. Important Disclaimer
The predictions provided by the Application are not medically validated guarantees and should not be interpreted as medical advice.
The Application must not be used:

## 4. Free Use
The Application may be downloaded and installed free of charge.

A free license does not create any entitlement to unlimited or permanent access to the Application's calculation features.
## 5. Paid Licenses
The Application may offer paid, non-recurring licenses.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, the available licenses are:

**Premium License**
* Validity: 365 days
Applicable taxes, including VAT where required, may be added to the displayed base price at checkout.
Paid licenses are non-recurring unless the checkout specifically states otherwise.
The exact price, applicable taxes and payment terms presented to you at checkout form part of your purchase.
## 6. License Period
A paid license provides access to the applicable calculation features for the stated license period.
The license period begins according to the activation rules displayed in the Application or associated purchase process.
A paid license does not transfer ownership of the Application or its software to the user.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, licenses are personal and may not be resold, transferred, sublicensed or shared with other persons.
## 7. Purchases and Payments
Payments are processed through the payment provider or Merchant of Record identified during the checkout process.
The payment provider may process the payment, calculate and collect applicable taxes, issue payment documentation and handle refunds in accordance with its applicable terms and the requirements of applicable law.
We do not store complete payment card numbers or security codes.
Payment-related information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the terms of the applicable payment provider.
## 8. Refunds and Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the laws of your country.
Refunds and cancellation rights are described in our **Refund Policy**.
Where applicable law provides a statutory right of withdrawal or other consumer remedy, that right remains unaffected by these Terms.
