Boy or Girl does not require you to create a separate user account in the application.

Uninstalling the application may remove locally stored application data. However, uninstalling and reinstalling the application does not reset a previously established server-side licence or free-use period.

5. Free Licence and Licence Verification

Boy or Girl provides a limited free-use period for fertility calculations.

The application may communicate with its licence server to verify the validity of the free licence and paid subscription plans.

For the initial free period, the application may record the date on which the application was first activated and use server-side information to prevent the free period from being restarted simply by uninstalling and reinstalling the application.

The licence server may retain information necessary to identify an installation or purchase entitlement and to determine the remaining validity period.

When the application is reinstalled, information stored locally on the device is not treated as the sole authority for determining the remaining free-use period. The application may contact the licence server and update the locally stored validity information.

6. Paid Subscriptions

Boy or Girl may offer paid subscription plans.

Purchases and subscriptions are processed through billing system. The application does not receive or store your full payment card number, bank account number, or other complete payment credentials.

Payment portal determines and provides the purchase/subscription information required for the application to determine whether a paid entitlement is active.

The application may communicate with its licence server to verify the validity of a purchased subscription and to provide the corresponding functionality.

7. Information We Do Not Collect

Boy or Girl does not intentionally collect or request:

passwords;

payment card numbers;

bank account numbers;

government identification numbers;

contacts;

SMS messages;

photographs or videos;

microphone recordings;

advertising profiles;

precise location information for advertising purposes.

The application only requests permissions that are necessary for its functions.

8. How Information Is Used

Information processed by Boy or Girl is used for the following purposes:

performing Boy/Girl prediction calculations;

10. Data Retention

Information stored locally on your device remains there until it is removed by the application, overwritten, or the application data is removed from the device.

Licence-related information stored on the licence server may be retained for as long as necessary to maintain the validity of the free licence, paid subscription entitlements, prevent repeated activation of the free period, maintain security, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

We retain only information that is necessary for these purposes.

11. Data Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information processed by the application and its licence services against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Communication between the application and online services is protected using appropriate security measures, including encrypted HTTPS communication where applicable.

No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

12. Children’s Privacy

Boy or Girl is not specifically directed at children.

The application does not knowingly collect personal information from children for advertising or marketing purposes.
